Your responsibilities
- Advising prospective learners by phone, email and in person
- Taking enrolments and checking documents for completeness
- Coordinating theory, driving lesson and test appointments
- Working with test organisations and authorities
What you bring
- Experience in customer advice, reception or administration
- Careful handling of documents and deadlines
- Confident use of standard office software
- Confident German; English is a plus
