Consumers who conclude a contract exclusively by means of distance communication may withdraw within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period starts when the contract is concluded.

We repay all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise.
If training starts during the withdrawal period at your express request and you declare that you lose the right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed, we may charge the value of the service provided up to withdrawal. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
