Contract and services
A contract is formed when you enrol and we accept the order – usually in writing or text form. It covers theory, practical training and test presentation as agreed.
Vocational programmes follow the relevant measure concept, including duration and measure number. Planned offers are marked as in preparation.
Prices and payment
The current price list applies. Shown separately: registration fee, materials, lessons, special drives, test presentation fees and official charges. No total-price guarantee.
Instalments are possible by arrangement. Authority and test-centre fees are not part of the driving-school fee.
Appointments and cancellation
Lessons and theory times depend on location, instructors and your progress. Cancelled appointments follow the contract; late cancellations may be charged if agreed.
Consumers may withdraw from distance contracts as described in the withdrawal notice.
Duties and liability
You provide the required documents in time (identity, eyesight test, first aid, biometric photo where needed). Lesson language is German or English when instructors are available.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise statutory rules apply. The practical test remains a separate official service.
